Paint Protection Film Installation In Oklahoma City

Elite Rock Chip, Scratch, and Impact Protection Installed by Trusted Oklahoma City Experts

Paint Protection Film for Oklahoma City Roads

Construction gravel on I-35, red dirt off the county roads, and whatever the truck ahead of you kicks up — that's what hits the front of your car every day it's driven. Paint protection film, sometimes called clear bra, is a clear urethane layer that takes those hits instead of your paint. It's nearly invisible once it's on, it self-heals light scratches when it warms up, and it carries a 10 year warranty.

We install it in our shop rather than a driveway. Film laid in open air traps dust underneath it, and that's the one mistake you can't polish out later. Packages start at $695 for a front bumper and run to $6,500 for full-body coverage — and we'll tell you which one your car actually needs before you book.

Front Bumper PPF

Turnaround :1-2days

Prices start at $695

The bumper is lowest, it's first, and it catches everything the road throws forward — it takes more hits than any other panel on the car. Covering it on its own is the cheapest way into PPF and the highest-value single panel you can protect. Clear urethane, 10 year warranty, and light swirls heal out when it warms up.

Worth knowing: the leading edge of your hood stays exposed. If you're already seeing chips up there, look at the full front instead.

This Package Includes:

  • Front bumper

  • Optional a la carte areas available

Partial Front PPF

Turnaround :2-3days

Prices start at $995

Covers the front bumper, the leading edge of the hood and fenders — the zone where most chips actually land. Clear urethane, 10 year warranty, and light swirls heal out when the panel warms up.

Worth knowing: partial coverage leaves a seam across the hood and fenders where the film stops. On most colors you won't notice unless you're looking for it; on a dark car in direct sun you might. If that would bother you, the full front wraps the whole panel and there's no line.

Full Front PPF

Turnaround :3-4 days

Prices start at $1995

The entire hood, both front fenders, the front bumper, mirrors and headlights. The film wraps each full panel, so there's no seam line anywhere across the front.

This is where most people land, and it matches where damage actually happens on a car that gets driven.

Worth knowing: the rockers and the leading edge of your doors stay bare, and those get sandblasted by your own front tires. If the car sees highway miles, the driver's package adds them.

Worth knowing: the side skirts of your vehicle stay exposed. If you're already seeing chips down there, look at the drivers ppf package instead.

Daily Driver PPF

Turnaround :4-5 days

Prices start at $2495

Full front coverage plus rocker panels, door edges and A-pillars — the areas your own tires throw grit at, which most people don't think about until they see the damage.

It's named for what it protects: everything that takes a hit on a car that's genuinely driven, rather than one that lives under a cover.

Worth knowing: the roof, trunk and rear quarters stay bare. That's the right call for most cars, since those panels see far less impact — unless you're keeping it long-term or it's something where every panel matters.

Full Body PPF

Turnaround :2 weeks

Prices start at $6500

Every painted panel. Hood, roof, trunk, both bumpers, all four fenders and quarters, doors, rockers, mirrors and A-pillars. Nothing left exposed.

This is the one for cars where the paint is a real part of the value — exotics, low-mileage collector cars, and anything with a factory finish that would be expensive or impossible to match in a repaint.

Worth knowing: it's a multi-day job and the most expensive thing we do. If you're protecting a daily driver, the driver's package covers where damage actually happens for a fraction of it. We'd rather tell you that than sell you the biggest number.

Paint Protection Film FAQs

What is PPF and what does it do?

Paint protection film — sometimes called clear bra — is a clear urethane layer applied over your paint. It's thick enough to absorb an impact, so a stone that would have chipped the clear coat hits the film instead.

The film we install is self-healing. Light scratches and wash marks reflow and disappear when the panel warms up, whether that's a hot day or warm water.

What it won't do is stop everything. A hard enough strike still gets through, and film doesn't defend against chemical etching the way a ceramic coating does. Film handles impact; coating handles contamination. Most cars that get one end up with both.

Where on my vehicle should I put PPF?

paint correction for ppf in oklahoma

The front, almost always. The bumper is lowest and first, so it catches most of what the road throws at you — then the leading edge of the hood, the front fenders and the mirrors. That's what the partial front and full front packages cover, and it's where the majority of chips land on any car.

Past that it depends on how you drive. Highway miles mean more of everything, and a lower car catches more. Rocker panels are the ones people forget — those get sandblasted by your own front tires rather than by oncoming traffic, which is why they wear even on a car that never sees gravel.

We'll walk around the car with you before quoting anything. Where you actually drive matters more than what the packages are called, and sometimes the answer is less coverage than you came in for.

Will I see the film once it's installed?

If you look for it, yes — around the edges. Everywhere else, no.

The film is clear and it lays flat, so your color and gloss come through unchanged. What you can find, up close and at the right angle, is the line where a panel's coverage stops. On a good install those lines sit tucked into seams and behind panel edges where they're hard to see. On a bad one they sit out in the open, and over time they lift and collect dirt.

From a few feet away, on a clean car, nobody notices. What people do notice is that the front end still looks new three years in.

How long does PPF last and what warranty does it have?

ppf scratched on lamborghini aventador svj in okc

The film we install carries a 10 year warranty against yellowing, cracking, delamination, bubbling and peeling. In practice that's roughly how long it lasts, too — on a car that's washed properly and isn't left baking uncovered every day, you should get close to the full term before replacement is worth thinking about.

One distinction worth understanding: the warranty covers the film failing, not the film doing its job. If a rock tears a panel, that's the film absorbing a hit that would otherwise have gone into your paint — that's a replacement, not a warranty claim. If the film goes cloudy, lifts at an edge or cracks on its own, that's covered.

Washing matters here the same way it does with coating. Touchless or two-bucket, and don't park a pressure washer on an edge.

How do I take care of my car after PPF is installed?

The first week matters most. There's installation fluid under the film that has to evaporate, so leave the car unwashed for about seven days. You may see small bubbles or a slight haze near the edges during that time — that's normal and it clears on its own as the film cures. If anything is still there after two weeks, tell us.

After that it's straightforward. Hand wash with a soft mitt and a pH-neutral soap, dry with clean microfiber. Keep a pressure washer away from the edges — that's the one thing that will genuinely lift film. No brushes, and no automatic washes that use them.

If you're unsure about a product, ask before you use it rather than after. We'd rather answer a question than fix a stain.
