At Showroom Detailing, we are committed to delivering a premium automotive care experience with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, protect both our clients and our team, and maintain the highest level of service quality.
By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits & Appointment Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit reserves your dedicated service time and ensures our team, equipment, and materials are allocated specifically to your vehicle.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of services unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Deposits are non-refundable for any appointment changes made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time. This policy exists due to reserved time blocks and limited daily availability to maintain service quality and efficiency.

3. Arrival & Mobile Service Policy
For mobile services, clients must ensure the vehicle is accessible, available, and ready at the scheduled appointment time.
A 15-minute grace period is provided upon arrival. If access is not granted within this time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be subject to cancellation or additional fees, including forfeiture of deposit.
4. Vehicle Condition & Service Expectations

Showroom Detailing is committed to delivering the highest possible results based on the condition of each vehicle. However, certain imperfections such as deep scratches, stains, oxidation, odors, or wear may not be fully removable.
All results vary based on age, condition, maintenance history, and previous repairs. No guarantees are made for complete defect removal.
5. Wet Sanding & Paint Correction Disclaimer
Services including wet sanding, paint correction, scratch removal, and denibbing involve the controlled refinement of a vehicle’s clear coat or paint surface. While performed with professional care, these processes carry inherent risk due to the nature of material removal.By approving these services, the client acknowledges and accepts that:
• Certain defects may not be fully correctable
• Previously weakened or repainted surfaces may be more sensitive
• Additional imperfections may become visible after correction
• Showroom Detailing is not liable for pre-existing paint defects or manufacturer-related inconsistencies
We always prioritize paint preservation and safe correction practices.
6. Fresh Paint & Body Shop Work Disclaimer
Vehicles with fresh paint, recent refinishing, or bodywork (typically within 30–90 days, depending on curing conditions) require special consideration.
Clients acknowledge that:
• Fresh paint may still be curing and is more sensitive to polishing and chemical exposure
• Soft paint, hazing, or surface marking may occur under certain conditions
• Showroom Detailing is not responsible for damage due to improper curing or prior refinishing issues
• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any recent paint or bodywork prior to service
We reserve the right to decline or modify services on freshly painted surfaces for safety reasons.
7. Photo & Video Release (Marketing Use)
By booking services with Showroom Detailing, clients grant permission for photos and videos of their vehicle to be captured before, during, and after service completion.
These materials may be used for:
• Website and portfolio display
• Social media and advertising
• Educational or promotional content
No personal information or identifying details will be shared. Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to service.
8. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for removing all personal items, valuables, cash, firearms, and sensitive belongings prior to service.
Showroom Detailing is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal items left in the vehicle.

9. Biohazard & Excessive Condition Vehicles
Vehicles presenting excessive contamination including but not limited to pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, insects, waste, or hazardous materials may be subject to additional charges or service refusal for safety and health compliance.
10. Weather & Service Conditions

Mobile services are subject to weather conditions. Services may be rescheduled due to rain, lightning, extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or unsafe working environments that could compromise quality or safety.
11. Ceramic Coating & Protection Services
Ceramic coatings and protective treatments require proper maintenance to achieve maximum performance and durability. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may reduce effectiveness and longevity.
12. Pricing & Condition Adjustment
Final pricing may be adjusted based on vehicle size, condition, contamination level, pet hair, stains, overspray, or additional labor required beyond standard service scope.
Any adjustments will be communicated prior to continued work whenever possible.
13. Satisfaction Policy
Client satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns regarding completed services must be reported within 24 hours of completion for review and resolution.
14. Right to Refuse Service
Showroom Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases involving unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, hazardous environments, or circumstances that may compromise safety, quality, or equipment.
